I knew from the year it was going to be a Gillig Phantom, and the location lo9aded before the photo...I thought Gold Trail was selling their bus! Thats not theirs tho...
From the inspection certificate, it appears to be the county office of ed, although I have only seen small buses for the EDOE...
The other buses say PUSD...I bet thats it then...
