I just wonder how P041 would fit in to the routes we currently have... plus, I don't remember ever hearing about an IC CE in California.... The 3800 chassis is dreadful as far as maneuverability goes; bus 17 can barely even go halfway around the cul-de-sac without backing up. Even bus 4 makes it around the cul de sac with several feet to spare.
