Yes, pretty much all buses have them. Bus 4 does, and bus 9 does (it's a long plumbing route, though... it takes the wipers a few scrapes over a dry windshield before the fluid comes out). The fluid comes out of jets mounted on the wiper arms, and you can see little hoses coming up the wiper arms.
