Alright.. a couple of things.

Oil and filter changed, joints lubed, and axle seal replaced. I noticed a bunch of grease spread from the center of your rear wheel in a fanned out pattern, turns out the axle seal was going bad. Everything should be all set now. You may notice an increase in fuel economy with the repairs all taken care of. The bus moves a lot nicer than it did before.
