I'm only operations manager in the summer, but I'm dispatcher year round.

But why did I mention cutting the route in the first place? Tatum wanted to have more sub drivers. Believe it or not, I'm not trolling around getting rid of things because I "can" (or think I can). I was responding to my coworker's needs. That means cutting routes. The only other way to get more than a sub driver or two is through MLUSD, unless someone can pull new, dedicated, forms-filling members out of nowhere.

Kodie, I misspoke, sorry... I didn't mean activity bus literally. I meant a school bus to be primarily used on activity trips. :D

Eric is right though...the vans are not used on regular routes.

Before we do anything, I need to know what the insurance company said (are you talking with them, Kodie?), and what Ford says...the vans were only on a 2-year lease, if my records are right.

Insurance should cover them...and we won't make any decisions until we find out what they will cover.
