It really should be half, or included in the initial inspection fee (that was one of my intents w/ the original inspection fee). But if it isnt included in the fee, then yes, Pbus owners need to pay it.

Kodie, like Sam said, is registration included with the $650 initial inspection fee? It seems to me as though that would cover it....
