Drive shaft has been installed.. I ran the bus a couple miles and it seems alright. It needs some fine tuning. The ride was a bit loud without the engine bay cover on :P I got that put back on when I got back to base. The entire dash is also put back together.

Update: The new drive shaft has been fully secured in place and all tune ups have been completed. I did some paint work on the buses lower skirting to shine it up, sandblasted and painted the rims, and got a few new switches on the panel. The bus has been driven 40 miles, smells like brand new, and runs like new. Enjoy!

Eric... don't stick anything on the dash yet please. It might be a wee bit tacky still, and whatever you pull off might peel the paint off. It should be okay to put magnetic stuff on it by Thursday.

This particular bus needed a lot of TLC. The total cost of this one came to about $1200. Considering what we made off of P041, or will, we're in good shape to update some more buses.

You don't put a clock their? I put a csmall clock on my dash, and have noticed several other drivers do the same...its fine if you want to do that!

*Runs to 19202* *Sits in driver's seat* *Silence, no movement from bus* *Scream of rage when my cell phone changes minutes 12 seconds ahead of 19202* *Changes it to be accurate to the second* *Walks down stairs, walks back towards office* *Lightbulb goes off above head* *Walks back to 19202, puts the ignition switch on, and opens/closes the door while laughing maniacally* "I HAVE AN AIR DOOR AGAIN!!!!!!" *Switches 19202 off, opens the release lever, leaves bus, closes door, and walks towards office*

NOW it's correct. I'm extremely obsessive with the accuracy of clocks. :P

Totally forgot about the brand new two way.. I installed it Friday before I left, sorry!

+ $400 for a new radio. Motorolla gave us a discount for agreeing to turn in old radios, so we could get new ones at a lower cost.
