10402's parts arrived as scheduled. The new doors came without paint on them, so I have to paint those, and then i'll install the glass on them. the step well damage has been taken care of.

doors are on the bus, the step well is repaired, and the step tread has been replaced that was destroyed. A new bumper has been put on as well. The sheet metal between the door and the wheel was replaced.

I cut the old stuff out with a grinder, riveted a new piece on there and added some new support struts behind it. I put some silicone at the joints, and gave it some paint. I'll have it ready by Monday afternoon.
