You pulled it on Thursday the 31st, so it would have been last used on a weekend route.

MIKE is the last person to use it on weekends!

If Spencer hit a curb while driving it, and then reported the veering that would make sense...Kodie, did you notice the veering?

I was taking the bus for a routine drive and I noticed immediately that it was pulling way off to the left side.

I forgot to mention before... even though Spencer was the last one to turn his forms in, he wasn't the last one to drive it; Mike was. This is another reason why turning in forms for ALL the buses we drive is so important.
