Well, I am pretty sure I know what happend, I was gonna let you explain though.

Anyway, I'm guessing you renumbered it SP103 because it is a spare. However, S means Special Ed, not spare. The bus does not have a lift and therefore should not have an S.
On top of that, we don't use the S on personal buses anyway...look at P016.

But if you look at the roster we added in "SP" for "Spare Personal". I don't really care how it's numbered though, so P103, SP103 whatever, we all know what it is.

It can't have an S designating spare nce S designates a lift, however I do agree that it should have some designation.

We could eliminate the P, making it just 103. The bus is not exactly a personal bus anymore anyway...
