The following form shall be filled out each week the bus is driven. It can be found in your driving record, in your bus's sub-board.

I am going to assume that all of the drivers who did not report are having no issues with their buses. Unless you're out of town or way to busy, the forms need to be filled out.

Stretch, you only need to turn in forms once per week (Fridays) in your driving record (Tyler and Spencer don't have driving records so they do need to post here). Forms should also be filled out after the trips are made.

What we normally do is fill out the forms on Fridays for all the driving we've done since we last turned in forms.

Does this make sense? :)

I've been receiving forms in very early lately (before afternoon routes). If drivers could refrain from turning in their forms until after the afternoon post-trip, please do so. If you know you're not going to be on the computer in that hour and a half or so of time to make it for the quick forms bonus, earlier on Friday IS better than late.

If you do turn in your forms before the PM routes, just make note of the PM routes in next week's forms.
