Pre/Post Trip Forms

Can we use this (or some other) thread for any discussion on pre/post-trip forms? Conversations in the driving records screw up the payment process!

Forms for this week are only required if you drove a weekend or charter route. If you do not turn them in, you will not be paid.

The quickforms bonus has been extended to tomorrow at 6:00pm

^ So, this week, it's all or nothing. Get your forms in and get paid with the bonus, or don't get paid at all! :P

Remember to turn in your forms...whether you drove or not, turn in forms (unless you have formally taken a vacation, or unless instructed otherwise by Kodie, Eric, or myself).

Might I add that if you don't turn in your forms, you don't get paid. Which, in my opinion, is a waste of hard work on yourself.

I realize that the forum was very unreliable for a couple days...so I understand if they are a bit late THIS week...but still do turn them in. And, please, lets do better next week.
