I'm not sure if there's already something like this, but....

Could there be one ongoing thread for each member to be posted in daily, reporting pre/post trips, mechanical issues, child behavior, traffic violations, etc., like the Bank section?

Thats a good idea...you mean consolidate all the seperate reporting threads into one thread per driver that can be posted in daily or weekly? Hmmm...all the seperate threads were made awhile ago, and it can get confusing which thread is where... I will consider consolidating the threads, as I see no bad effect from it... Is anyone opposed?
Otherwise, good idea!

The thread for reporting mechanical issues, in addition to putting a brief statement in this main reports thread, would be OK to keep so it'd be easier for the mechanics to keep track of their tasks (but the mechanical issue could also be briefly stated in the main reports thread).

Here is what I am thinking of doing:
Combine the following forms/reports into [Username's] Driving Record
Pre/Post Trip (already done)
Troublesome Student Report
Traffic Violations Report
Probably a few others I forgot to mention. I am going to leave the mechanical issues in the garage section, and the running late report in the CB radio.
I will most likely get this done in the next few days, if not, before the end of break.

I did it for a preview in my Driving Record. Is this what you meant/what do you think? If everyone likes it, I will copy it into other driving records.

Fake Edit: Eric, you beat me to posting it. I beleive you are correct with that link.
And yes, you do not have to even copy the form if there are no issues. Except pre/post. That is required every week, w/ or w/out issues.
