10-4. Eric, I didn't make the driving record until after the deadline...so I don't know if we want to cut him some slack this one week, since it was my fault.

However, as per the policy change, starting next week he needs to turn in forms on time to receive the standby.

Actually, I think I've already paid him for this week, but if not, I will now. :)
